This excellent hill country hunting ranch features great habitat for the whitetail, axis and blackbuck deer that live there. The rolling topography offers gorgeous views of the hills and fertile valleys. On one of the hillsides about halfway up there is a large cavern. The ranch is high fenced on three sides and low fenced on the north side where the neighbor is the Kickapoo Caverns State Park.

The ranch is very well watered with 2 water wells, 3 large concrete storage tanks, and a buried pipeline system that services the water troughs and improvements. One of the large storage tanks is approximately 70 feet in diameter and also serves as a swimming pool.

The other improvements include a 2-bedroom/1-bath camp house, a new barn (approximately 3400 sq. ft.) with concrete floor and roll-up doors, and a set of all-pipe cattle pens.

Located 16 miles north of Bracketville, the ranch has about 3 miles of highway frontage on the west side of Hwy 674.
