Location – 12 miles west of Encino, TX near the tiny community of Tacubaya. Located at the end of County Road 312, this ranch is a little slice of South Texas heaven. Water – We are not exactly sure of the depth of the well, but a reliable source estimates the depth to be 460-600 feet. There is one large cement water storage tank (pila) and a large cement water trough. The water is pumped by 3/4-horse submersible pump.

Easement – Only two easements exist on the property: the pipeline easement and the utility company easement.
