This ranch is located about 22 miles southeast of Cotulla. The property is high fenced on three sides and low fenced for about a 1/2-mile on the north side. The hunting is excellent for deer, dove, quail and hogs.

The ranch is well watered with two water wells and four stock tanks. The Carrizo water well has an electric submersible pump and approximately 14″ casing.
